Travel beyond local radius: scoped case-by-case
Every project is scoped in discovery, but packages generally include:
A clear plan before shoot day (brief + shot list)
Production time on location
Post-production (edit, color, sound)
A set number of deliverables (lengths + formats)
A set number of revision rounds
Final exports delivered ready to post
Pricing is based on scope. The biggest drivers are:
Shoot time (2–3 hours vs half-day vs full-day vs multi-day)
Locations (one controlled location vs multiple)
Deliverables (how many versions/exports you need)
Complexity (interviews, talent, audio challenges, permits, motion graphics)
Turnaround (standard vs rush)
During discovery, we’ll decide what matters most and scope it clearly.
A single “main film” is one edit timeline. When you add cutdowns, vertical versions, captions, thumbnails, and multiple formats, post-production time increases quickly. That’s why we scope deliverables up front — so the plan and pricing stay clean.
Most projects include 1–3 revision rounds, depending on the package. Additional revisions are always available if needed — they’re just scoped and priced clearly so nothing drifts.
Turnaround depends on scope and schedule, but most projects deliver in 1–3 weeks after the shoot. If you have a launch date or hard deadline, we’ll plan around it in discovery. Rush timelines are sometimes available, but broadly speaking we do try to take a "quality over everything" approach to our work, so we will need to plan appropriately.
Not typically, but it will depend on the type and scope of the project. This is something we can discuss in our initial discovery phase. Raw footage may be available on request, but it would involve an additional fee. Most clients prefer finished deliverables that are edited, colored, and delivered ready to post.
We use properly licensed music (or original composition if desired). Music choice affects tone more than most people realize, so we’ll align on vibe early and make sure usage is covered.
Yes. The best way to work within a budget is to adjust scope, not quality. That usually means:
fewer locations
a shorter shoot block
fewer deliverables/versions
We’ll prioritize what moves the needle most for your goals.
We'll start with a quick consult. We’ll talk goals, where the video will live, deliverables, timeline, and budget — then we'll follow up with a clear scope and next steps. Filling out our Inquiry Form prior to our first chat will help expedite the process!
